Meet Drew Turner

At 22, I stepped into my first leadership role with just a book as my guide, embracing the “fake it till you make it” mindset. By 24, managing a team of 100, that facade led to burnout and self-doubt. In male-dominated workplaces, I faced microaggressions and realized I was conforming to a system not built for me. The turning point came when I stopped faking it and started leading authentically—trusting my instincts, setting boundaries, and embracing my true self. This transformation not only reignited my passion but also showed me the power of genuine leadership. Now, I empower other women to break free from limiting beliefs and outdated expectations. Together, we’re redefining leadership—honoring our true selves and leading with confidence and purpose.
