“I thought I was ready to lead.”

When I stepped into my first leadership role at 22, I felt confident and ready or at least, I thought I was. I relied heavily on the “fake it till you make it” mindset, and it had worked for me before, propelling me from one leadership role to another. I was always chasing the next opportunity, thinking if I just pushed through, I’d figure it out along the way. But as soon as I found myself managing 100 people with no real preparation, I quickly realized that faked confidence wasn’t enough.

“Leadership as a woman was an uphill climb.”

As I continued in male-dominated workplaces, the challenges only grew. I faced constant microaggressions. Men on my team wouldn’t follow my direction, yet they would immediately comply when my male manager gave the same instructions. It was frustrating and reinforced that, as a woman, I had to work twice as hard just to be taken seriously.

“Leadership needed to reflect who I was.”

The turning point came when I realized that I no longer wanted to keep pursuing the next leadership role at my company. I had spent so long “faking it” in an attempt to fit into roles and environments that didn’t align with who I was. It became clear that I needed to stop chasing leadership on those terms and instead focus on my own personal development. I had been pushing aside my instincts and trying to lead in a way that wasn’t true to who I was. I couldn’t keep leading under the weight of these outdated expectations.

That’s when my
mission became clear:

to help women break free from these limiting beliefs and step into their power as authentic leaders.

“Helping women lead authentically & sustainably.”

I’ve seen so many women go through the same struggle. They, too, try to fit into leadership molds that weren’t designed for them. The problem they face and that I help them solve is learning how to step into leadership roles in a way that honors their true selves, without fear of judgment or being seen as “too much.” It’s about leading with confidence, authenticity, and a deep sense of self-worth because if you don’t recognize your own value, how can anyone else? Especially in a system designed to make you doubt yourself.

“Building leaders who embrace their full potential.”

I coach women to overcome the pressures of leadership by stepping into their power. We work together to break down internal and external barriers, enabling them to lead authentically without fear or burnout. This transformation equips them to thrive in leadership, not just survive it.
